Toepassing van scandiumnitraat:
Scandiumnitraat wordt toegepast in de optische coating-, katalysator-, elektronische keramiek- en laserindustrie en is ook uitstekende voorlopers voor de productie van ultrazuivere verbindingen, katalysatoren en materialen op nanoschaal.Volgens nieuw onderzoek kan het ook als kristaldoteringsmiddel worden gebruikt.
