Uses Vanadium(IV) Oxide Acetylacetonate is used as a catalyst in organic chemistry and is also an intermediate in synthetic reactions, such as the synthesis of novel oxovanadium complexes that display antitumor activity.
Uses Vanadyl acetylacetonate may be used as a precursor for the preparation of vanadium dioxide thin films for applications in “intelligent” window coating and data storage.
