A high melting white solid used in high-temperature systems (for its resistance to heat and thermal shock), electronic ceramics, and glass composition. Suitable for vacuum deposition applications Scandium oxide is mainly used in high-tech alloy materials, which can be used in electronic industry, semiconductor coating materials, laser and superconducting materials, alloy additives, various cathodic coating additives. Solid state lasers of variable wavelength and high definition television electron guns and metal chloride lamps have been widely used in alloy, metallurgy, electric light source, laser, optical glass, catalyst, activator, ceramics and aerospace, etc.
