2,Silicon Boride is black and gray powder with luster. The relative density is 3.0g/ cm3. The melting point is 2200°C; The abrading and cutting efficiency is higher than silicon carbide. It doesn't dissolve in water and anti-oxidant, anti-heat concussion, anti-causticity. It has high intension and stability.

USE OF THE PRODUCTS

CaB6

1,Antioxidant, anti-eroded and refractory with boraciferous additive, which is used for dolomite carbon and magnesia dolomite carbon materials. 

2,The new material used for the nuclear-industry for neutron- preventing and high-purity metal borid (TiB2,ZrB2,HfB2etc) and high-purity boron alloy(Ni-B, Co-B, Cu-b etc). 

3,Ca3B2N4and hexa nitride mixture used for producing activator Ca3B2N4. It can produce good crystal cube B2N4.

4,Used to oxygenate for the High Conductivity in Copper strength.

5,The new semi-conductor material for the temperature 900 K with automat electronic module.

6,Used to desulfurize, deoxidize and increase boron for boron alloy.

7,Used to make three chlorination ( BCl3)s and unformed boride.

Copper deoxidizer

1. Alcium hexaboride :The Excellent oxygen  deoxidizer which used for free copper, The results show that the deoxidizing capacity of calcium hexaboride deoxidizer is higher than that of copper boron alloy and phosphor copper . and it has enhancement effect on copper matrix and no pollution to copper liquid. Add amount of the Alcium hexaboride  >0.60 % Can reduce the oxygen content of copper liquid to  < 20 ×10- 6, Which can be reached the domestic standard of first-grade oxygen-free copper.
2. Calcium hexaboride have little impact on the electrical conductivity of copper . Add range of the Alcium hexaboride (0.69 %~1.12 %).
3. With increase the amount of calcium hexaboride, the tensile strength of copper will continues improve, when the add amount of the calcium hexaboride reach 0.88 % reach the maximum value.
